Shaping a shared vision
Fondazione Perugia plays an active role in the cultural, social and economic life of its territory, supporting projects, people and organisations across different fields.
Our collaboration has grown around a shared objective: translating this multifaceted identity into a clear, contemporary and recognisable language, able to move consistently across different formats and moments of communication.
From the new digital platform to the institutional video and the design of the 2026-2028 Strategic Plan, each project became part of a broader communication system: different expressions of the same vision, designed to bring the Foundation closer to its community.

A clear web platform across many dimensions
The new website was conceived to organise a wide variety of activities, audiences and information within an intuitive digital experience.
Citizens, institutions, associations, schools, young people and cultural professionals enter the Foundation’s platform with different needs. The information architecture creates clear paths through calls, projects, cultural initiatives, stories and institutional content, making everything easy to explore while preserving the diversity of what the Foundation represents.

Colour, typography and imagery shape a contemporary visual language that feels fresh and dynamic, while maintaining the clarity and authority of an institutional organisation.

Turning vision into a story
The institutional video brings the Foundation’s role and purpose into motion.
Developed as a visual expression of Fondazione Perugia’s identity, it translates values, priorities and perspectives into an emotional narrative, moving from people to places, from individual experiences to a broader idea of community.
Rather than simply describing what Fondazione Perugia does, the film gives shape to what drives it: creating opportunities, supporting change and connecting different energies around a shared vision for the territory.

Strategy becomes editorial
The same approach extends to the 2026-2028 Strategic Plan, transformed from an institutional document into an editorial experience.
A structured visual system combines typography, photography, colour and data visualisation to organise a substantial amount of information and guide the reader through context, strategic priorities and fields of intervention.
Different visual registers give rhythm to the publication, balancing analysis and storytelling, institutional rigour and human presence. The result is a document designed not only to communicate a strategy, but to make that strategy accessible, tangible and engaging.
